Abstract

The article describes the state of cross-border cooperation in Ukraine and proposes new forms and instruments of cross-border cooperation development, aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian border regions. Such innovative forms as cross-border cluster, cross-border industrial zone and European groupings of territorial cooperation have the key role in the paper.
