Abstract

Changes in modern environment foster organizations to switch from traditional functional management towards project based organizations. Authors of scientific literature analyse the issues of project based organizations’ management. This paper analyses theoretical aspect of effective project quality management threw human dimension, which is one of the most important project management dimensions. Theoretical research of the problem is based on analysis of project based organization conception, project quality requirements and EFQM Excellence model. The paper analyses the importance of human dimension and the factors that influence successful work of project team in the process of project quality management. The analysis of scientific literature showed, that the problem analysed in this paper is widely studied in foreign researches but it is scarcely analysed in Lithuania. Conclusions of this paper will serve as presumptions for further empirical research that will be performed in the institutions of high education.
