Abstract

Aim of the study is to reveal the nurses’ responses on N hospital organization culture. The research object is N hospital’s culture.

Methods: Research instrumentations are based on Denison (2000) methodology. The Model of organization culture consists of four culture elements: involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission. 150 questionnaires were distributed and the received response rate was 97.3%. The statistical data analysis program SPSS 13.0 version was used for data analysis. Kruskal-Wallis test was employed for defining the differences between respondents’ different groups. Hypothesis about independence of two features was checked by using chi quadrate (X) canon. The percentage frequency of 95% reliance intervals was used for comparing the variables. The index differences were treated as statistically significant, when p<0.05. The empirical averages and conventional declination were calculated for comparing different rating.

Results: N hospital has an average involvement degree (mean - 2.93), average worded consistency (mean - 2.78), adaptability (mean - 2.77), mission sense (mean - 2.77).
