Different historical phases of development of management put stress on different aspects of corporate life. Unfortunately, experience indicates that this is not enough. Focusing on one aspect of organizational life does not bring success. If want to succeed, managers must manage their organization in systemic way. This article is as theoretic article collects, describe and evaluate different approaches and different ideas on systemic perspective on management and on approaches to system of organizational management. The data used are secondary data collected from traditional and electronic media. The article pays attention to both historical approaches and latest approaches in the field. The article shows that ideas on systemic approach to management differ not only historically but also based on the standpoint the author of the approach adopted. The article offers organizations different options on how to address their own problems with system of organizational management and creates the theoretical background for future empirical research.Downloads
