Abstract

Studies show that nine of ten young people considering leaving elsewhere for work. Recently, the migration processes get a lot of attention over the world. Many patterns and correlations can be seen in migratory movements. If we classify and summarize them, than we can understand the causes of migration and to reveal the nature of the migration process deeper. Differences in wages and social conditions, development level, the education system, education and employment opportunities are analyzed the most in migration theories. A lot of attention is paid to the unemployment rate, taxation and health issues too and is addressed to the division of labour between sectors. However there are more factors, which are not analyzed very deep. Based on these observations we can conclude that it is important to focus not just on the main factors influencing migration but it is necessary to analyze other factors. The main aim of this paper is to present model of factors and indicators influencing emigration process.
