Abstract

The article makes resarch into assesssment of impact of economic factors on labor market segments the emphasis being put on formation principles of principal model as well as on theoretical dispute of its stages.
Conducted scientific literature analysis enabled to base the main problem while distinguishing basic assessment tendencies which condition the problem of assessment of impact of economic factors on labor market segments: 1) the right choice of definition what is labor market segmentation and also definition of a segment itself from a variety of attitudes and understandings; 2) assessment of labor market segment emergency contents and formation assumptions; 3) a wide choice of labor market segments according to segmentation features; 4) complex determination of economic factors composition impact on the final result; 5) qualitative, hardly statistically based factors as well as their impact on labor market segments are being assessed; 6) the selection of methods for data processing and integration of new, innovative methods enabling to make such assessment.
Having completed situation analysis which is based on assessment relevancy of impact of economic factors on labor market segments, having identified labor market segments according to formation features, having based interralations of economic factors and employment , having identified assessment necessity and basic model formation principals basic impact of economic factors on labor market segments assessment process scheme was formed. The formed model describes principal assessment process of impact of economic factors on labor market segments integrating qualitative and quantative research methods, and also determines application oportunities of IT intellect, also model application opportunites are introduced. Using assessment model of impact of economic factors on labor market segments it is possible to identify the most vulnerable labor market segments for economic factors and also search for solutions connected with employment increase due to flexible integration into labor market and in this way to reduce unemployment in the country.
